Ouachita Hills Academy (“we,” “our,” or “the Academy”) respects the privacy of students, employees, and other authorized users of the OH Time Clock application. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through OH Time Clock, how it is used, and how it is protected.
OH Time Clock may collect information necessary to operate the Academy’s vocational timekeeping system, including:
Student names and identification numbers
Assigned vocational work areas
Clock-in and clock-out dates and times
Work hours and attendance-related information
Notes submitted with time records
Missed-punch reports and corrections
Photographs captured during clock-in or clock-out when photo verification is enabled
Account and authentication information for authorized users
Technical information necessary for the operation, security, and troubleshooting of the service
OH Time Clock may request access to the device’s camera for identity verification associated with student time records.
Photos captured through the application are used for legitimate school administrative and vocational timekeeping purposes. Camera access is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information collected through OH Time Clock is used to:
Record and verify student vocational work hours
Maintain vocational attendance and time records
Allow authorized Academy personnel to review and correct time records
Generate reports related to vocational work
Investigate missing or inaccurate time records
Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the application
Information collected through OH Time Clock is not sold to third parties and is not used for third-party advertising or tracking.
Access to information in OH Time Clock is restricted according to the user’s role and responsibilities. Authorized Academy personnel may access information when necessary to administer the vocational program and maintain accurate records.
Students and kiosk users do not receive unrestricted administrative access to the system.
OH Time Clock uses third-party technology and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the service, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, and storage services.
These providers may process information on behalf of Ouachita Hills Academy as necessary to provide their services.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the Academy’s educational, administrative, recordkeeping, security, and legal purposes.
Certain information, such as temporary verification photographs, may be retained for a shorter period than permanent timekeeping records.
Ouachita Hills Academy takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information maintained through OH Time Clock from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
OH Time Clock is an institutional application used as part of Ouachita Hills Academy’s educational and vocational programs. It is not a consumer application directed toward children for independent personal use.
Student information is collected and processed for legitimate educational, administrative, and vocational program purposes.
OH Time Clock does not use student information for behavioral advertising and does not sell personal information.
The application is not intended to track users across unrelated third-party applications or websites for advertising purposes.
Students, parents or guardians, employees, or other authorized users who have questions about information maintained through OH Time Clock may contact Ouachita Hills Academy.
Requests concerning correction or access to records will be handled in accordance with applicable Academy policies and legal requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy as OH Time Clock or the Academy’s practices change. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
